It depends on who will manage the site and what it needs to do. I'll recommend one after a short look at your goals, content and budget.
Can you fix or improve my existing website?
Yes. Layout bugs, broken mobile menus, speed issues and redesigns of single sections are all common jobs for me. You don't have to rebuild from scratch.
Do you design, or only develop?
Both. I can build from your Figma file, or design the pages in Figma first and then build them.
